Automated Task Reports (Daily)

๐Ÿ“…  PathSpotโ€™s reporting apparatus supports automated daily reports that capture task activity from the previous day. These reports are designed for on-the-floor managers and provide timely feedback, enabling them to implement next-day interventions or adjustments when non-compliant behaviors are observed.

๐ŸŽฅ REPORT EXAMPLE

  • โœ…  Top Section: Task Summary

    Key Metrics

    • Daily List Total:
Categorized as lists with a recurring daily checklist. These do not need to necessarily be assigned each day, but they follow an recurring cadence and are to be completed within a designated window during that day up.

      Other List Total:
Tallies all other list types outside of daily lists, including weekly, monthly, and one-time checklists.

      Total Lists Incomplete:
Tallies any list that is not at 100% completion by the end of the calendar day.

      Flagged Tasks:
Tallies any task response that deviates from the expected answer, whether outside of an approved temperature range, an incorrect Yes/No response, or any value entered outside of what is considered โ€œcorrect.โ€ This metric tallies all such instances.

      Corrective Actions Submitted:
If enabled, when a task is answered incorrectly, a corrective action prompt appears for the user to document next steps (i.e., discarded food, notified a manager, retrained staff; ect). This metric tracks the number of corrective actions submitted in that day among the lists available for that day.

Task Dynamics: If a list is deactivated or the list assignments have been updated i.e. removing dinner that will be accounted for on the report and the completion percentage.

    ๐Ÿ“ Bottom Section: Task Overview

As long as the checklist is available during the period the daily is reporting on it will be included in this section

    • Daily:
Each line represents a list categorized as Daily, as defined in the section above.

      Weekly:
Defined as any list with a 7-day completion window. By default, weekly lists begin on Monday and close on Sunday at 11:59 PM. Start and end days can be adjusted with assistance from PathSpot Support.

      Monthly:
Defined as any list that remains open for the duration of a calendar month. The start date is the 1st of the month, and the end date is the final day of that month.

Hyperlinked Reporting: As shown in the video, this report lets you drill down into specific task responses to see exactly why a list earned its completion percentage, and which tasks were missed or flagged. This streamlined one click visibility makes it easier to identify non-compliance early and intervene before bad habits become ingrained in the brand/store culture and impact overall compliance.
