How do you Add, Edit, & Deactivate Employee Codes? (HandScanner)
*If you have 20+ employees that you would like added to your location. Contact support@pathspot.com or your CSM to mass upload the list. Please include First Name, Last Name, & unique code (1-5 Digits). You can also edit current employee information through the same flow. Note there are unique constraints on employee codes not names.
Edit Current Employee Information:
Go to Manage Employees > View All Employees > Click Details on the desired employee > Edit the necessary fields > Click Save.
1. Log into your PathSpot Account
2. Click on "Manage Employees"
(Skip ahead to step 8 for Deactivating an Employee) *If you have 20+ employees that you would like added to your location. Contact support@pathspot.com or your CSM to mass upload the list. Please include First Name, Last Name, & unique code (1-5 Digits)

3. Click on "Create New Employee"

4. Enter First & Last Name

5. Enter Unique Code

6. Select the location for that employee

7. Click "Save"

8. To DEACTIVATE employees, first search for the employee.

9. Click "Details"

10. Turn Off "Active"
