Logging into the Tablet

When you turn on your in-store tablet, you will see several applications. Click on the PathSpot app icon and you will see a login screen like the one below: 

 

From the drop-down field, select your user name and enter your login pin. If you have not set a pin yet, you will be able to set one the first time you log into the app.

 

What if I don’t see my name on the list? 

Reach out to your manager so they can create your log-in name. If you have any questions or issues, you can always reach out to the support team at PathSpot: support@pathspottech.com

 

If I forget my pin, how do I reset it? 

Your pin is like your password and it will need to be reset. You can either contact your manager or send an email to the support team at PathSpot: support@pathspottech.com . Once your manager or the support team has reset your pin, you will have to try to log in again. You will be asked to create a new pin.
