Assigning Supplier On-Site Audits via Ad-Hoc Functionality
Overview
Supplier On-Site Audits can now be assigned using the PathSpot SafetySuite mobile app! Typically, this is done through the Ad-Hoc functionality, which allows your team to assign the task list to specific departments or individual users in real-time. Once assigned, the list is immediately available in the app for completion.

How to Assign an Ad-Hoc List
- Open the mobile app & login.
- Click the β+β icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select the department or user(s) you want to assign the list to.
- Confirm the assignment's time parameters & hit create.
- The list will then appear immediately for the selected users or department.
Important Notes
- Reassignment Setting:
Ad-Hoc assignments can only be made if the βCan this list be reassigned by employees at the store?β setting is turned on at the top of the dashboard. For Supplier On-Site Audits, this setting is already enabled. -
Assigning to Specific Users:
If a list is assigned to an individual user rather than a department, only that user (or selected group) can view and complete it.β οΈ This will also affect how the data appears and can be filtered or downloaded in the Task Management Data Dashboard.
Viewing Assigned Lists
- Once assigned, the list will also appear on your dashboard under the Scheduled Management section at the bottom of the task list page.

One-time assignments will be labeled as such compared to recurring lists which will display based on their cadence daily, weekly, monthly or custom.

Accessing Reports
- Task responses and other reports can be downloaded via the Task Management tab on the dashboard.
