🔎 Finding Your HandScanner’s MAC Address

PathSpot Support (support@pathspotteh.com) may request your HandScanner’s MAC Address (Media Access Control address) to ensure they are troubleshooting the correct device.

A MAC Address is a unique hardware identifier assigned specifically to your scanner, allowing our team to accurately locate and diagnose the device in our system.

📶 Note: If your scanner is having difficulty connecting to or maintaining a Wi-Fi connection, it may be because its MAC address has not been allowlisted for the selected SSID (Wi-Fi network). Please provide the scanner’s MAC address to your IT team and ask them to whitelist the MAC in question on your strongest or most preferred SSID (WiFi Network).
