PowerTemp - FAQ

How do I get alerts about temperature abnormalities?

When configuring alerts, you can decide when and how you want to get alerted. Our system can send alerts through Text, Email or Whatsapp Alerts.

You can also get alerts right on your PathSpot HandScanner. Just reach out to our PathSpot team and we can configure alerts or a corrective action to go off on your HandScanner.

How do I monitor the current temperature across locations?

To monitor temperatures across locations you must have access to the PathSpot.App Sensor Overview page. After an account have been created for you, just follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to : https://pathspot.app/#/sensors-overview
  2. Enter your login details if you are not logged in already
  3. Wait for your sensors to load
  4. Use the filters at the top to select the location you want to see sensor temperature for.

Some key identifiers for the dashboard are:

  • Red cards indicate the sensor is out of range.
  • Alerting icon indicates the sensor has an active alert.
  • Green cards indicate a sensor is in range.
  • Text at the bottom right will let you know the last time we received a reading from that sensor. Sensors offline for more than an hour indicate a connection issue.
  • The star at the top right will allow you to “star” your sensor and bubble it up to the top outfits category so you can easily monitor.

How do I view historical temperatures?
