🔧 Hardware Handling Notes

• Do not carry or handle the probe by the cord.
  Avoid pulling on the cord at all times.

• Keep the probe near the manufacturing area near gateways
  This helps ensure consistent readings

• Do not wrap the cord around the antenna.
  Secure the cord using a zip tie or electrical tape to prevent it from dangling.

• Store flat & in a relatively mild climate
  Frequent or sustained temperature swings will accelerate degradation. 

• Optimal storing is laying the wiring out flat and straight. If that’s not possible and they must be wrapped, ensure the wrapping is very loose. Avoid situations where the wrapping creates a pinch point, as this can put stress on the internal wiring.

• Use protective bags over the probe casing during processes
  This helps prevent physical damage as a result of processes particularly water damage

• Clean only with approved wipes:

  • All-purpose wipes

  • Isopropyl alcohol wipes

  • Ethyl alcohol wipes
    ⚠️ Do not spray or allow the device to get directly wet.
