Touch-Free Scanning

Users can complete the entire wash cycle without needing to touch the screen again after washing their hands.

How It Works

• Once a scan is initiated, the screen locks for a configurable duration to ensure the proper handwashing time is followed.

• When the timer expires, the screen automatically unlocks, allowing the next scan to occur without any physical contact.  This window of time is also configurable
  
  Example: A scan is initiated either by tapping the screen or entering a code, depending on your tracking configuration.

  • The screen will then lock for a set period of time, typically around 20 seconds.

  • Once this period expires, the screen will unlock, allowing the scan to be completed within another defined window, typically around 5 seconds.
