How To Calibrate and Align Labels on Zebra ZD411 Printer

1. Power on the printer using the on button on the printer.
2. Open the lid of the printer by pressing on the yellow levels on the left and right side of the printer. Make sure the label roll is properly inserted.
3. Make sure the yellow movable sensor is aligned with the center of the printer. If not, slide left or right until adjusted.
   
4. Close the printer lid.
5. Hold down the pause and cancel button until labels start coming out of the printer.

If your printer is still not printing correctly, it may need to remeasure the label dimensions.  Watch this video for step-by-step instructions.
